How should I wash my SPIcy item?

• Turn garment inside out.

• Machine wash cold (no bleach or fabric softener).

• Tumble dry low or hang dry.

• DO NOT iron directly on the design.
   

What is SPIcy's return policy?

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to the made-to-order nature of our items.

• Exchanges only for incorrect items sent by mistake.
   

How do returns/refunds work?

• Custom items are non-returnable.

• Each piece is unique, so designs and colors may vary. Contact us with any questions.
   

I didn’t receive my order, what should I do?

• Processing takes 1-2 weeks. You’ll receive tracking via USPS once shipped.

• If tracking is missing or the package is lost, contact USPS or submit a "missing package" form.
   

Can I cancel my order?

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. After that, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.
   

My pieces don’t look exactly like the digital proof, what should I do?

• Real colors may differ from on-screen images due to display settings. Each piece is handmade, so slight variations are normal.
   

When will my SPicy order arrive?
